krash .. there's a radio button (and you know what that is, marvelous) for Hollywood Beach and West Lake South End. That's where the launch point is .. South end of West Lake.

If you go to any of the tide prediction sites look for  Whiskey Creek south entrance and add about 40 minutes for West Lake.

But yor you sailors, Sunday the winds will be picking up a bit.

Yeah . I'm going tomorrow ..... going early .. round 7 ... Johnson to the end ,,all the way East from Federal. .... Holland Park is on your left ... go West from the launch into the main lake .. if you don't see me in the lake ..I'll be up one of the channels on the East side .... blow your whistle and I'll send up a flare!

Scratch that idea.. sending up a flare when its not an emergency is a ticket, perhaps even an arrest...

Afte an initial check of the weather this am, went out to pick up the paper and looked up/east/west,  thunder and rain already here, I'll stay home today and do some maintenance.

I would just make up an emergency to avoid prosecution. Jeez, it's not like running a dog fighting ring or robbing a train ... lol

Yeah, the weather looked threatening this AM. I stayed ashore as well.

Never get out of the boat.

Boyz, boyz... turns out this weather was very scattered.  Rained like blazes in the am, then Sue Sea and I enjoyed a sunny, ideal paddle all afternoon at Oleta...
