Believe it or not that circle hook rig is pretty weedless, unless you drag it deep through thin blade'd stuff.

The little screw in thingy's are called hitch-hikers I think. At BPS they are on the, freshwater side, row with hooks on the side with Gami hooks.

If you look hard, not at BPS, but at local tackle shops you can find some weedless jig heads, but they are very hard to find. I think at Competition Tackle, just S. of Griffin on 441, you can find skimmer jigs with a heavy mono weed guard, remove the tail feathers and try that.
