Her name is Catherine Hooper world famous fly fisher gal. That cuda pic is pretty famous. She is all real and then some!!

A big silver spoon has worked well for me. And no treble hooks to remove. BTW, 'cuda fillets cut into chunks make great snapper bait.

An old 80 year old conch here in Key West said he's eaten 'cuda his whole life. But the word from most folks is - don't do that. Cigutera poisoning is a problem, or so "they" say. :O
