Thanks for posting K. As you probably know, there are a number of light weight traditional-type (smaller wheel) trailers, see em for $800 or so. Harbor Freight sells a version in the $400 range. But my absolute favorite is this pricey, but VERY cool carrier...
The "Rack and Roll", adaptible for motorcycles too. Bout $1999, have seen on sale for $1699.
It's quite versatile...
And check this out:
Easy, quick disassembly for effective storage in your garage against the wall. Small roll-around wheels for moving to storage. Light and strong, larger wheels. Independent suspension. Can be used to roll your yaks down to the launch too. And you can legally park in the friggin boat spaces, ha! Length, yoke, suspension ALL adjustable for carrying shorter/heavier stuff too. Built-in locks, etc., etc., etc....

And adaptible for motorcycles. I've seen a couple of these and they are super, seem very well made (better be for $$$). A handy guy might be able to steal some of these ideas, buy some used cycle wheels, make a kewl lil carrier...

Louyak also has a really nice one he built. The bottom line is I would need assistance with assembly. Were I to get the required ingredients, could I solicit assembly manpower?
