YO FLYC-ers -NOW WE CAN ALSO "CATCH THE ACTION" IN PADDLER MAGAZINE & ON THEIR WEBSITE
Check it out at http://www.paddlermagazine.com/fishing/ http://www.paddlermagazine.com/fishing/
Looks like it's now going to be a regular ezine section, as it will also becfome a regular in the printed version as well. To wit, taken directly and quoted from from the Paddler website:
"Welcome to Paddler magazine's new Kayak Fishing web page. Browse it as you would a shoreline for fish, for everything from tips on kayak fishing skills to hot destinations to hit with your paddlecraft. If you haven't seen our remarkably successful [Ed. note: !]Special Kayak Fishing Section in our July/August 2005 issue, make sure to subscribe so you don't miss another action-packed issue (each issue features our new Kayak Fishing Department)."
It IS good news, indeed.
On the other hand, Shallow Water Angler has already had a number of editions where yakfishing has been featured. This quarterly magazine has even had headline features devoted to extensive (but cursory -what you would call "shallow", LOL!) kayak reviews with respect to their adaptability and/or specific design for skinny water angling.
Good news indeed for us Yakanglers. Now we can cruise over to our neighborhood Borders, Barnes & Noble, or other big box bookstore, read up on what's up, do it all for free , and leave fired up and all prepared to yakfish and to, in piscatorial pursuit,
